When I first met Manny Singh, I was already in a bankruptcy. I had been forced into foreclosure by the bank. I had tried to save the house with a company that turned out to be just another South Florida Scam, and with a feeling of utter helplessness, I sought out a bankruptcy attorney. Suffice it to say, that his services were not what I had expected. He saved my house and that was the primary reason I got him. However, he was not the type of person or performed his business in a manner that I felt comfortable with.

While still having this attorney, I was referred to Manny Singh. In my first meeting with Manny, I found him to be a warm person, exuding the knowledge of his field while remaining well grounded in the realities of life. He took his time with me considering all of the things my wife and I had been through. I was skeptical about going into bankruptcy and even more so when it comes to attorneys. A friend recommended me to the law firm of Manny Singh and I figured it would not hurt to go see what he has to say about my situation. It was no doubt one of the best decisions I have made.

I was fifteen minutes early and I was informed before arriving that Mr. Singh was at the courthouse but will be back on time for my appointment. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff was very courteous. One of the most memorable and surprising event was when Mr. Singh arrived. Upon entering the front entrance to his firm the first thing that Mr. Singh did was to greet me. With his briefcase and paperwork at hand, he took the time to introduced himself and letting me know that he will be ready to see me in ten minutes. It was a very pleasant surprise and a gesture that placed a very positive optimism on a skeptic.

My meeting with Mr. Singh was short but very informative as well as productive. He asked a few questions, listened to what I have to say and pretty much gathered everything with a plan for resolution. Mr. Singh was to the point and very clear on what I need to do as well as being upfront of what the cost would be to accomplish the overall task. At this point I was very pleased with everything, but the one thing that truly caught me off guard and one in which I will be talking about a great deal to family members and close friends is the term payment. I have heard so many horror stories about people and companies that say they are sincere and want to help and the next thing they know they are being swindled and lied to. This is definitely not the case here. I am absolutely convinced and believe that Mr. Singh is a man who is true to his words and very sincere about helping people, like me, who is in a financial situation. To me he (Mr. Singh) walks the walk and talks the talk. Rest assure that I will be keeping my ears open and recommend this law firm anyone even wondering of what bankruptcy is.
